Known issue: T-Mobile cellular access problems (iPhone Safari/Chrome)

We’re currently investigating an access issue affecting some users on T-Mobile cellular data, especially on iPhone Safari/Chrome, where ComputeX domains may fail to load or show DNS/security warnings.

Affected examples What we know
  • The ComputeX server is online.
  • DNS and TLS certificates are valid.
  • The site is reachable from other networks and test clients.
  • This appears to be a carrier/network path issue affecting domain access in certain mobile browser cases.
Temporary workarounds
  • Use Wi-Fi.
  • Use a different carrier/network.
  • Try a trusted DNS/VPN tunnel app such as Cloudflare WARP (possible fix/workaround for some users).
Note: WARP is a workaround and may not resolve the issue for everyone, but it can help bypass a problematic mobile network path.

We have already tested multiple server-side fixes and are preparing/escalating this with the carrier.

We’ll post updates as soon as we have more information.
