- Your ComputeX username (if applicable)
- A short description of the issue
- What feature you are using (BOINC, Leasing Jobs, AI Contributions, Claim Page, etc.)
- What device/browser you are using (for example: Windows + Edge / Firefox / Chrome)
- Any error message shown (do not include private keys or seed phrases)

ComputeX support will never ask for your recovery phrase.
